About me
I'm a psychologist with the total of 18 years in HR and the business at one of the leading companies in Croatia. For the last 3 years, I've been successfully leading a team serving over 1.000 of our employees, using Pay It Forward Leadership Model®.
I have been educated in Croatia and abroad on the topics of HR Development and Leadership. I write about it for Netokracija, the leading regional media dedicated to the digital industry, focusing on employee motivation and retention.
I have broad interests, so I am a guest lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and ZSEM Business Academy on the topics of Neuroeconomics and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA).
I founded B WISE at the end of 2022, and through it I continue the best practice of the company IDEALNA SURADNJA that I founded and led until lockdown 2020. After the lockdown, I sold the company to an Asian entrepreneur who needed a stable base to expand his business in Europe.
Enriched with the experiences gained in IDEALNA SURADNJA, I embarked on a new entrepreneurial venture, and to the portfolio of services I added leadership education Pay It Forward Leadership Model®, as my flagship service.
