About me
I'm a psychologist with 18 years in HR and business at one of the leading companies in Croatia. At the same company, I have developed the Oak Leadership Model, based on successfully leading a team that served over 1,000 employees for more than 3 years in direct contact with customers.
I have been educated in Croatia and abroad on the topics of HR Development and Leadership. I write about it for Netokracija, the leading regional media dedicated to the digital industry, focusing on employee motivation and retention.
I have broad interests, so I am a guest lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and ZSEM Business Academy on the topics of Neuroeconomics and Organizational Network Analysis (ONA).
I founded B WISE at the end of 2022, and through it I continue the best practice of the company IDEALNA SURADNJA that I founded and led until lockdown 2020. After the lockdown, I sold the company to an Asian entrepreneur who needed a stable base to expand his business in Europe.
Enriched with the experiences gained in IDEALNA SURADNJA, I embarked on a new entrepreneurial venture, and to the portfolio of services I added leadership education Oak Leadership Model, as my flagship service.
Also, as a partner of Maven7, one of the most respected ONA companies in the world, I offer you ONA to accelerate your company’s Organizational Change. Through our partnership a popular foreign company in Croatia has already successfully utilized our partner's tool, OrgMapper, accelerating as many as two of their Organizational Changes.
